Terms of Access
Restricted section of the Aveo Engineering website.
1. Scope
This section of the Aveo Engineering website contains restricted product information for approved customers and partners. By requesting or using access you accept these terms.
2. Personal account
Access is granted to you personally, on the basis of the information you provided. Your sign-in details may not be shared, and you may not let anyone else use your account.
3. Confidentiality
All material in this section is confidential. You may use it only for the purpose stated in your request and only within your organization. You may not copy, publish, forward or otherwise disclose it to any third party without Aveo's written consent.
4. Export control
The material may be subject to export control laws of the Czech Republic, the European Union and the United States. You are responsible for complying with them and will not transfer, re-export or disclose the material contrary to those laws.
5. Monitoring
Access and downloads are logged. Documents may carry your name. Aveo may use these records to investigate unauthorized use.
6. Accuracy
The material is provided for information only. Specifications may change without notice and do not form part of any offer or contract.
7. Termination
Aveo may suspend or withdraw access at any time without giving reasons. Your obligations under clauses 3 and 4 continue after access ends.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Czech Republic.
